These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BeemaGojima platform, a digital insurance management service provided by Neo Assure Insurance Agent Pvt. Ltd. (hereby referred to as "We," "Us," "Our"). By accessing or using our mobile application ("App") or website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are not responsible for any content or information provided by third parties or for any issues arising from transactions you may enter into with them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beemagojima, Neo Assure Insurance Agent Pvt. Ltd., and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from the following:
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content or information provided.
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our platform.
- Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar harmful elements transmitted through the platform by any third party.
Insurance Policy and Pricing Disclaimer
Beemagojima provides a platform to facilitate the purchase and management of insurance policies; however, all prices, terms, and conditions of the insurance policies offered through the app are determined by the respective insurers. Beemagojima does not set or control these prices, nor are we responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of the insurance policies provided by the insurers. By using Beemagojima, you acknowledge and agree that Beemagojima is not liable for any issues arising from the insurance policies, including but not limited to pricing discrepancies, coverage terms, policy conditions, or any claims processing. All disputes or concerns related to the insurance policies must be directed to the respective insurer.
Beemagojima acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for any actions, omissions, or decisions made by the insurers.
Termination: Breach of Contract
Beemagojima reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, or any part thereof, at its sole discretion. This includes the removal or termination of your user profile, recipient profile, or any part of your account, without prior notice. Beemagojima may terminate your access to the services at any time, without prior notification, and will not be held liable to you or any third party for doing so. Any suspicious, abusive, or illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Beemagojima may also take any action permitted by law. Upon termination for any of the reasons above, you agree to immediately cease using the services.
Bill Payment
To use Beemagojima’s Bill Payment Service, you must have access to the internet, either directly or through devices that connect to the web, and bear any associated service fees. You must also have the necessary equipment to establish this connection. Beemagojima and/or its partners may charge fees for the service, effective from the time you receive the services via the app or through a partner. You are responsible for checking the prevailing fees from time to time. Attempting to block or reverse payments may result in fees charged by Beemagojima, and you remain liable for payment. These fees will be charged to your designated account, or by any means Beemagojima deems appropriate. Beemagojima ensures easy and secure payments to designated billers. However, the features of the service, the number of billers, the type of payment accounts available, the access methods, and any applicable fees may vary depending on the partner through which the service is accessed. Details can be obtained from the partner or the channel you are using. Beemagojima reserves the right to add or remove billers or payment account types at any time. The terms and conditions may vary depending on whether a card or bank account is used.
By using the Bill Payment Service, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information about yourself, your payment account, and your billers, and to update this information as needed. If any information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete, Beemagojima reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny access to the service. Beemagojima will not be responsible for payment failures due to incomplete or invalid instructions, insufficient funds, holds on your account, refusal by your bank, or any event beyond Beemagojima's control. If a payment fails, you will be notified by email.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beemagojima, Neo Assure Insurance Agent Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Beemagojima platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Neo Assure Insurance Agent Pvt. Ltd. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership or rights to use such intellectual property, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse-engineer, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Beemagojima for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or data.
- Disrupting or interfering with the proper functioning of the platform, including the use of viruses, bots, or other harmful devices.
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, including unauthorized transactions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you are engaging in any prohibited activities.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action, or such claims will be permanently barred.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any claims or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
